Shipping policy

I ship internationally. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

If you need an address change on an order please contact me within a couple hours after the order is placed. Once the order is packaged and the shipping label is purchased and printed, I will no long be able to change the address for you.

I ship all orders out the following business day after a purchase. I don't ship on weekends, all orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.

I will not claim responsibility for any items lost by the post office. I know this is frustrating and I'll do my best to help you locate the order but there will not be any refunds for this. I've been tricked into refunding orders in the past that arrived at their destination and I can't leave myself vulnerable to this. So if you don't agree with this, there are many other shops to order ears from! But if the tracking number says the order was delivered to the correct address, I will not be offering a refund.

If the item is left at a post office or could not be delivered for whatever reason and is returned to me, I will gladly resend it after asking you to pay the shipping costs again.
